Erika Mendoza

Erika is a communications professional with 20+ years experience in coaching, training, project management and process improvement.

Erika has been a Board member with the Women of AT&T – Bay Area Chapter for over 14 years. In 2015, Erika was selected as Member of the Year for the Women of AT&T – Bay Area Chapter. In 2016, Erika traveled to Dallas, Texas where she was presented the Women of AT&T National Achievement of the Year award.

She is the Co-Chair for Women United - United Way of Stanislaus County, Volunteer at Large on the Mocse Credit Union Board, and newly elected Regional President for the Women of AT&T West Region. Erika recognizes the effort and heart required to balance our careers with our community involvement. She believes in bringing visibility to the amazing work being done to transform the communities and world for the better.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Management.

Erika resides in Modesto with her husband Jorge. They have two sons, Jorge and Sebastian.

Erika is an ALF Great Valley Class IX Senior Fellow.
