John Yarborough

John Yarborough is Vice President of Winery Operations for Delicato Family Vineyards, the 7th largest winery in the United States. John manages all aspects of operations involving cellar, bottling, environmental, employee health/safety, vineyard, maintenance and engineering at locations in the Central Valley, Monterey County, San Benito County and Napa Valley. He was raised in the central valley and is actively involved in the community. John is currently on the board of Smile Farms at Community Bridge Builders whose mission is to create engaging, sustainable farm related jobs for developmentally disabled adults. John holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.

John is an ALF Great Valley Class III Senior Fellow.
